How it Works
Each and every Marloe Marloe piece is individually handmade from conception to the table. Allowing us to personalise each and every stage of the manufacturing process from shape to function through to glaze development resulting in fresh, relevant and customised pieces.
Our process begins in the design studio where we mood board, spec and prototype each design. We sample to design specification and offer custom glaze development to our clients. Once the designs are client approved we move to production where the pieces are formed either on the wheel, hand built using slab building techniques or slip cast in plaster moulds.
We twice fire each piece to remove impurities and ensure vitrification resulting in the strongest possible product.
“Marloe’s quality of work is second to none. We design all tableware to fit our restaurant and style, the pieces are perfection every time.
To work with someone who has passion and love in her work as much as I do is a real pleasure.”
